Privacy policy

Poker Timer: Sit & Go is provided by Warpkode AS, Norway. The app does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs. Warpkode does not collect tournament data from the app or operate a server for your tournaments.

Data on your device

Your presets, settings, tournament names, chip counts, buy-in amounts, prize descriptions, and running clock are stored locally on your device. Delete a preset or end the active tournament in the app to remove that information from the app's active storage. Removing the app removes its local data; copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings.

Camera

The camera is used only when you choose to scan a handover QR code. Camera images are processed on your device and are not saved or uploaded by the app. You can deny camera access and receive a tournament by opening or pasting a handover link instead. Camera access can be changed in iPhone Settings.

Sharing a tournament

When you choose to hand over a tournament, its structure, name, player counts, buy-in and prize details, and clock state are encoded in the QR code or link. Anyone with that code or link can read and import the tournament. Share only with people you intend to receive it. AirDrop, Messages, or another service you select handles delivery according to that service's privacy practices. Shared copies are not removed when you delete the original tournament.

Notifications and Live Activities

With your permission, iOS displays local level-change reminders, warnings, and Live Activities. These may show tournament information on your Lock Screen. You can control notifications and Live Activities in iPhone Settings.

Support and website

If you contact support, Warpkode receives the contact information and message you choose to provide and uses them to respond to your request. The app does not attach tournament data automatically. Opening our support or privacy pages makes a normal web request to warpkode.com; the website's hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. The website contact form uses its own spam protection.
